    Pulling a Brown Girl Booster card daily has been one of the easiest ways for me to connect with myself. It sets the tone for my day and promotes an attitude of expansion. It doesn't get much easier than that!

    Get creative!

    Find out what your playful kid likes by exploring creative activities. (The aim is to feel like you did when eating your favorite childhood candy.) Once you turn off the critical voice and focus on having fun, you'll discover that your new interest is a great tension-releaser. Don't be surprised if you get your best ideas during that quiet space.
